I have been visiting Dr. Sam for a long time...at least 25 years. He is a great dentist; very caring, compassionate, and gentle. As much as I dislike having to visit his office, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to get my dental needs taken care of!

Dr. Sam is the greatest! I've been using Dr. Sam as my dentist for over 20 years. I've referred many of my friends and co-workers, and they in turn, have referred their family and friends...it's easy to see why he's built such a successful practice over the years. While no one enjoys going to the dentist, Dr. Sam and his staff - especially the front office - are not only professional and caring but they have a great sense of humor! I'm the biggest baby when it comes to seeing the dentist, and I mean the BIGGEST! I am always put at ease with each visit. I shudder at the thought one day he may retire.

Many people fear going to the Dentist from bad procedural experiences; because I have never had any cavities, this has never been my experience. My fears of going to the dentist have been purely administrative reasons.
I have primarily worked in the Mortgage industry on commission; mortgage companies usually do not offer to help defer medical costs and as a result, I was without dental insurance for many years. Because of this, I have been treated rudely in the past by other dentist offices even though I had always paid my bills on time. This has never been the case at Duvall Dental Center.
When I first moved my families care to Duvall Dental Center, I still did not have insurance but Dr. Sam kept the costs reasonable and also kept me apprised of all charges before they were performed. At this point, I have dental insurance but Dr. Sam is still just as conscientious about letting me know what charges will apply to me and to help me make an educated decision.
My family and I have now been going to Duvall Dental Center for the last twelveyears. Although my son attends regular cleanings, he is always begging me to go back before six months! Dr. Sam and his staff are very compassionate and caring about the needs of my family and we are always greeted with a smile.
