If you are not a subscribing member of one of the above companies, we also submit to over 200 other insurance companies. It is rare that a patient has to go to a certain dentist to have their treatment covered; however if this is the case, a list of those providers is usually given to the subscriber.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Cards, personal checks and cash. We require payment at the time of service in full. If you wish to utilize Orthodontic care, we will discuss payment options at the time of your initial consultation.
