Dr. Sam has been in Duvall since the summer of 1981. He has watched the area grow from a relaxed and quiet farming community to a busy town filled with wonderful families. Dr. Sam was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in a typical farming region named Los Padillas.
After receiving his B.A. Degree from the University of New Mexico and his Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center, Dr. Sam devoted three years of service to the U.S. Navy and , upon completion of that service, decided to settle in Duvall. Dr. Sam's family includes his wife, Deborah, daughter Kara, and son Christopher.
Dr. Sam feels that continuing his dental education is vital in order to provide the very best treatment to his patients. He has received post graduate training in Comprehensive Orthodontics, Dental Implantology and Esthetic Dentistry. He is an active member of the International Association of Orthodontic Society, The International Association of Implantology, The Seattle King County Dental Society, and the Newport Dental Study Club.
Our Office Hours are: Monday thru Wednesday 9 am to 6 pm Thursday and Friday 8am to 5pm Our office is closed for lunch from 1 - 2
